Purpose:
This machine is designed to work in conjunction with tractors and is mainly used for sowing corn, soybeans, and other crops on uncultivated or cultivated land. It can apply granular fertilizers in strips and complete the processes of trenching, fertilization, seeding, soil covering, and compaction in one go.
Characteristics:
1. The seeding accuracy of the planter is high, and the qualified index of the number of seeds reaches over 80%.
2. By using normal filling, high-speed operation can be achieved, and the operating speed can reach 8 kilometers per hour when the distance between plants is not less than 20 centimeters.
3. Accurate hole spacing, uniform distribution of seedlings, low competition, and full utilization of individual advantages result in vigorous crop growth and high yield.
4. It has a copying function and can float with the ground. When the plot is uneven, it can maintain a certain sowing depth.
5. The transmission shafts of each row are connected as a whole and driven uniformly. When the speed reaches, the transmission power is large. Even if the ground wheel of one row accidentally slips, it does not affect the normal sowing of that row.
6. The entire machine can produce sixteen types of plant spacing by changing the plant spacing through a unique gearbox. As long as the gearbox transmission ratio is changed, the plant spacing of each row of the entire machine can be changed.
7. The transmission control lever can simultaneously control the radial and axial movement of the swing wheel, making operation fast and convenient. All gears in the transmission are made of high-quality steel that has undergone carburizing treatment, and all transmission components are equipped with high-quality rolling bearings, ensuring reliable performance.
8. The rack is raised above the ground, and the distance between the front and rear trenchers is widened, which reduces the phenomenon of summer wheat straw blocking the machine.
